Glow in the Dark, Iron-On Patch: Ordovician Lively Sea Paleo Art

$17.00

You will receive one 3" X 3" Iron on patch features a detailed print of my watercolor art and neon embroidery that glows in the dark! This artwork features a thriving ancient sea, when horseshoe crabs first emerged in the Ordovician period so did a bunch of other funky sea life! Part of the Horseshoe Crabs through time patch collection- there is 6 to choose from! Ordovician, Devonian, Carboniferous, Triassic, Cretaceous & Eocene.

These patches are printed with my art, each featuring a creature that went extinct while Horseshoe Crabs kept thriving for 445 million years. Check out my store to see the other designs as well as the full bundle listing at a discount.

Tips for enjoying your patches: ★ Iron on using low to medium heat. ★ Make sure to put a piece of fabric between the iron and top of patch to ensure the iron does not leave marks on art. ★ Tack down the edges if needed with hand sewing. ★Recharge in the sun or bright indoor light for the best glow! Please note: If getting multiple designs some edges can be more round and some more square as these are hand made in factory. So if you get a set the borders might be slightly different between patches. As seen in last picture.

Fun facts about Horseshoe Crabs: ★ Have stayed the same for 445 million years making them one of the oldest species still surviving! ★ Not actually crabs, they are closest to a spider! ★ They have special blue blood that is specialized at finding bacteria- because of this most vaccines today are tested with the blood to make sure they are toxin free. ★ Recently they are classified as endangered due to human related causes.
